"Love the property. We stayed in one of the renovated pool villas which was nicely done. We could see some parts of the resort needs renovation and updating. Warm and welcoming service. Housekeeping a little inconsistent and can be improved. Restaurant bookings also can be managed better. There could more choices of outlets for lunch and due to CNY, breakfast was a little chaotic, maybe open up one more outlet to accommodate the overflow of guests during breakfast? Beautiful setting and grounds....

Only downfall was cleanliness of room, had to go to the front desk twice to get them to clean room properly. Floors were not mopped after last guest only swept so after walking barefoot our feet were disgusting and dirty foot prints in bath tub left by maid."
