CHOM, the guest relations manager, is a pleasure to communicate with and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for the best possible stay. And it really couldn't have been better. She even helped coordinate the retrieval of a bag I left behind on a tour the night before leaving Phuket, so that I could have it in time for my flight the next morning. She didn't have to do this, but she did. And that's what makes Chom and the whole team at The Pavillions so special. The villas are wonderful, but it's this care and attention that makes the guest experience so memorable. I wish I remembered the names of everyone on the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with so that I could celebrate them here; Ploy and Florence were always kind and responsive whenever we called the front desk, Molly & Sauw's massages, O.M.G., and everyone that came to our villa to either pick us up or deliver bottles of water, pillows, or room service was thoughtful and respectful. There isn't a day that's passed since we left that we haven't wished we were still there. No matter what vacation experience you're looking for, I can guarantee you'll find it here."
