"This is our 2nd visit to Fairfield Glade in the last 6 months. We love the resort and have decided we will stay there every time we come to visit our family in Tennessee The condo was very nice,very clean and had everything we neeed. The whole staff were extremely nice and very professional. Plus they were so friendly they made us feel right at home! Can't wait for our next visit!"

"The property was even better than the description could have made it out to be. We really did find a gem in this location. Gatlinburg and Dollywood were within a 20 minute drive. The golf course was fun to play on and peaceful. "

"Very nice establishment but the parking lot needs to be restriped and the mattresses have seen better days. "

"Mary was not nice when checking on reservations. She should have contacted a manger but didn’t but that’s ok, we called back and spoke with others who contacted the manager and they did us right. Other than Mary, our stay was excellent! Great getaway for family and we all enjoyed it. I would have given a 5 star rating if I hadn’t had to deal with her. Thank you!"
