"Friendly staff and room was decent, gym was ok for a hotel gym. Nothing much around hotel so have to work 20 mins plus. Tiny things let them down slightly., 2 long hairs in the shower, crack in the join between wardrobes and ceiling. They were having work done in hotel on restaurant but felt like it didnt impact on me at all. Pleasant stay. Will definitely go back"

"Very happy with the room and facilities, very friendly owner and extremely comfy bed. The only downside was there was no phone signal in the area, but that also meant i had no distractions for the evening! So not so bad. It also had great parking right outside the room. Great price too for what you get. Highly recommended."

"arrival was like boarding the Marie Celeste. there was nobody at Reception. In fact, there was nobody at the hotel at all. I was greeted by a sheet of A4 on the wall in reception with my name on. It was a letter telling me that there was nobody on site and where I could find my room and that my room key was in the room. It was a seriously weird.
