"Customer service was great. The only thing was when I went down for breakfast the staff(waitress) was petting, hugging a dog and serving food without washing their hands. I asked for a To go container and went to my room I did not eat the food. "

"This hotel was very comfortable. Most of the staff was very accommodating. One desk personal was a bit rude and made us uncomfortable. The restaurants were great and the transportation from the airport was easy and fast. We really enjoyed our stay. "
