"As someone who works for one of the most recognizable and known top of the line hotels in the world, i know what luxury and good service looks like. Once you drive into the property you're greeted by beautiful landscaping, then once you walk into the front door you're greeted with a stunning view of the ocean and a beautiful lobby. The bellman are top notch. (Akeem delivered my bags to the room). Rasan and Nicole from the front desk were awesome and extremely helpful. The chef at the jerk hut...

The tiles in the room were cracked and stained, the tub was cracked and peeling, the shower sang every time you turned the water on, the toilet ran on and on, even after jiggling the handle, the staff barely speak to you unless you speak first (this includes staff in the dining area, front desk, cleaning lady, pool guy, and at the bar), the food tastes like it was sitting in the freezer for months, defrosted in the microwave and served, the "security key card box"...

Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "
