"This hotel is clearly outdated. The tiles in the room were cracked and stained, the tub was cracked and peeling, the shower sang every time you turned the water on, the toilet ran on and on, even after jiggling the handle, the staff barely speak to you unless you speak first (this includes staff in the dining area, front desk, cleaning lady, pool guy, and at the bar), the food tastes like it was sitting in the freezer for months, defrosted in the microwave and served, the "security key card box"...

"I booked this place, when i got there the security was very rude and said everyone hlleft for the day and they weren't expecting anyone. So therefore i was unable to spend the night. I contacted hotels.com and got disconnected and they never reached backed to me. So basically i got scammed. I meet another guest there said the booked using this site and they never got a room either. "

"Its not worth the rate. Was a total waste of money! The first room had two double beds ask for jus one bed was taken ti a unfit room bed was broken bathroom was old & needed alot of repair , asked to stay with the two beds was told its not available and hd to pay more to get it! Was later placed in another room after being told they all booked out , this room was bearable"

"After visiting resorts in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, we decided to try this one. At first, we weren’t sure about it—it’s smaller, not brand new, and only has one pool. However, after six days, we can confidently say this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The service was exceptional, and our nanny, Patrice, was amazing and incredibly helpful. "This hotel is a different world, and one of the few places where they have every detail down perfectly. The service could not be better, and if you’ve been to Jamaica previously and seen the sights, there simply is no reason to leave the hotel grounds. We especially like Cottages 3 and 4, but have not stayed in a bad room yet. The private beach is perfect, as is the beach bar (“Teddy’s”). Croquet, anyone? Please don’t forget to pack your whites. The kitchen runs smoothly, and the menu is varied....
