"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"For the price, Hibiscus Lodge was as expected. The front desk staff could have had better customer service. Anytime I called to complain about not having hot water, their response “no one else has complained about this, but we’ll send someone.” Umm..
