"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"Very nice resort clean Large food options and entertainment Just the activities we went to ( Dunn river), the pictures are a scam 40 dollars for 5 picture when he was taking lots of them.. and poorly taking very bad quality I put it under this review because I booked the activity with the hotel when we arrived "

"The stay at Moon palace was unforgettable! Thank you Expedia for helping us make it one of the best vacations. Every day we got credits and we were able to use them for a couple massage and swimming with the dolphins. When we had dinner at the Italian restaurant Gondola thy did a special treat at the end for being VIP. The entertainment every night was great. This hotel is more kid friendly than any other hotel We have been to. The only downside was that the ATM was out of service our whole stay...
