"I received my confirmation Tuesday before our check in Saturday... the place was being painted and closed BECAUSE the property had been sold! NO NOTIFICATION to us and it took a little over an hour to find another property comparable. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of communication "

"This is our second year staying at basecamp, It’s a fun camping experience but there is room to improve. I will say last year was a lot nicer! The bathrooms and showers werent cleaned out as much as they should of been. "

"I was on a solo trip, the rooms were okay. The hot water took a while to heat up, almost started to think there was no hot water. The place is a little outdated, but the room itself was fine & descent. The girl at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. "

"Great hotel! It is a block away from the main avenue that has tons of shops and restaurants, yet you cannot hear the noise. Parking was easy. The rooms do need to be upgraded but per their signage, that will happen in 2025. Also, the maids screaming in the halls around 8am was not good. Great hotel and location. I’d stay here again. "
