"We were really grateful to the staff and the great service at this hotel. While it has a few tired features, they are actively refreshing it in phases. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom place was great, and we made full use of the little kitchenette. "Great couple getaway for NYE. Despite large number of rooms and guests, it felt comfortable and maintained the high-end atmosphere. The adult-only pool was quiet, towels available and friendly staff on-hand. Room service was good and they have a lovely cafe/convenience store with snacks, fresh sandwiches/salad made to order and desserts. "Our room was right next to a very pleasant pool facility. Mattress too soft but that’s a matter of preference. Detail cleaning could use more attention (light dust on several surfaces). Friendly staff throughout. We’ll be back!"
