"The Orla is one of THE best places you can stay if you want to be near the beach. It is literally across from the famous Copacabana - you can walk there in a minute! Don't think you'll get a great view from your hotel window, however; there are a limited number of rooms overlooking the ocean, but the room we stayed in was still very nice, as was the hotel staff. "Fabulous hotel with rooftop pool. I would have given it an excellent score but for a couple of little things. The staff were really lovely, helpful and friendly. The little things that niggled were: no tea and coffee making facilities in room, no drawers to put anything in. No means of drying items. Upstairs there are 6 sunloungers but you can’t use umbrellas over them. And last was the layout of the breakfast area, when it’s busy it’s a bit of a claustrophobic nightmare "
