"The most hospitable and kindest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. My family has been there twice and on the most recent trip, my toddler son fell sick. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and caring, sending a nurse to our room and accommodating requests for things like thermometers, ice for a fever pack, specially cooked congee etc. I am beyond grateful for their care and we can’t wait to return so we can enjoy the resort again. "The service was outstanding especially at breakfast. The buffet is amazing even by Asian standards. There were at least 4 different types of buffets at breakfast. The chef went out of his way to accomodate dietary needs. The resort was tranquil and peaceful. The pool was stunning. The only downside is men attending conferences who sit around the pool on deck chairs smoking. Attendees also block access to new pool towels and return of used towels. The pool area should be manned to prevent this....
