"The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap. The reception offered to purchase belinjo chips for us at the market so we don't have to pay tourist prices. the property is close to Lagoi beach where there are cheaper local restaurants and cafes. "Super pretty house that looks even better than the pictures! Very safe with guards outside, close to Batam ferry terminal and the driver provided (Mr Jeno) was friendly and accommodating. Overall it’s clean, big and just wow too good to be true. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back!"
