"The staff were all very nice and friendly. I was really disappointed to find out that the beach is closed at this time of year. Booked 3 nights here for the beach pics advertised. Pool beautiful. Food was just ok for us. Mattress very hard. Rooms need updating. Very low iccupancy due to Covid 19."

"The staff arebthe highlight. Great pool. Ok rooms. Beach access not a thing. Don't pay extra for it. Not a swimming beach. Shipping lane and industrial area. Good place if you just want to switch iff. Not good if you want shops and restaurants. Live entertainment in the evening was good."

"Didn't like having to walk through the dining room to access the gym and pool! Some decking boards around the pool felt unsafe when stepped on. Loved the welcome drink on check in and selection of different foods at breakfast, especially the Indonesian cruisine. Hotel is very walkable from the ferry terminal and Megamall. Overall a great stay! "

"I have to mention the receptionist Zikry, Shalbrina & Abigael, their services are great, polite and always helpful whenever I asked for help. Their services is remarkable, I must praised them. As this my extension stay for 3 more days as I already stayed 4 days earlier. This hotel is my only choice in Batam I like this hotel with everything I want in it.
