"We were astounded by the beauty, condition, and overall treasure this place was for the price we paid. I will have to make sure that we come back again and stay here. However, that being said, I wasn't too happy with one clerk at the front desk who seemed to not be so nice to me. I felt she was a bit prejudice because of my accent. She wasn't very helpful when I was asking for the massage that came with our stay. We did end up getting our massages but it was as if she didn't want to help with...

"The property is unique in its focus on creating a peaceful environment that accommodated our dual-purpose visit to Cholula: work and relaxation. The rooms and garden are beautiful and perfectly maintained. Just as wonderful is the library, open for guests to work or browse. Everything was a highlight but the breakfast merits a special mention. The staff worked hard to ensure our experience was the best. The walk to the city centre felt safe and along great shopping/food."
