"The villas are gorgeous with great ocean views and a beautiful swimming pool. The common areas are very clean and well kept. The staff is nice but in most cases their English is very limited. Not easy to communicate with them. Our villa was very pretty but it was up too high on the hill and far from the lobby, spa, restaurants, so we had to call and get the hotel golf cart every time we wanted to leave the villa and get back to it. Next time I would prefer a villa closer to the amenities"

"This property is on the opposite side of the night life and good shopping. However the hotel has transportation at a cost more expensive than a Grab which is like Uber but very convenient. It’s about a 45 minute drive to the other side. However I was happy we stayed here cause the peace and serenity when you want to decompress is amazing. The view is spectacular. "

"This is a great property to spend a holiday without the noise and the busy crowds of Patong. However, the very same location is the reason for inconvenience since you have to travel atleast an hour to get anywhere significant in Phuket. But the amenities in the resort were wonderful and we had a great time. Staff was very responsive and helpful. The busy beach area around the resort was a turn off and it made the area look dirty. "Love the property. We stayed in one of the renovated pool villas which was nicely done. We could see some parts of the resort needs renovation and updating. Warm and welcoming service. Housekeeping a little inconsistent and can be improved. Restaurant bookings also can be managed better. There could more choices of outlets for lunch and due to CNY, breakfast was a little chaotic, maybe open up one more outlet to accommodate the overflow of guests during breakfast? Beautiful setting and grounds....
