"Excellent area. Very accessible. Staff was exceptional from front desk to the Living room staff. Our room attendant was great! Our checkout process was so smooth. We tried the Jasmine restaurant- excellent food. Service was not real great. Overall, we would stay here again."

"Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in wrt value for money but more so the extraordinary level of friendliness of the staff. They quickly remember your name, always a smile and hello, very helpful with requests. I have been on the road for 2 months of the time, been doing APAC business development for 30+ years and the staff here were outstanding. Sorry I cant list everyone but from my memeory major shout out to Maria and Jerwin ( front desk, David at the roof top restaurant ( thanks for making my bitter melon special drinks ), Bennie pool attendant ( always a greeting followed by witty convos ), Queeny/Phoebe/CJ….thank you all for making my stay uber pleasant. Will definitely be back next time!"
