"We know this Hotel since many years and were many times guests there. The rooms are simple, but the shower works good, also Aircon, there is soap, toothbrushes, etc., and clean towels. The food has improved significantly, and there is also something for the European taste. The large pool is great; you can really swim in it. For us, it is a nice meeting point to visit former sponsored children. It is close to the mall and you can also eat in the hotel.. "

"We, more often than not, choose to stay at New World when we are staying in Manila/Makati. Typically this would just be for a single night prior to our flight abroad. And we usually book a club room. The staff at the club room check in desk and those serving in the club lounge were once again top notch. We will be back."

Service Done Right!

"Booked a runway suite for my toddler who loves airplanes. We had the perfect view for plane-spotting at the 11/F, but the AC was acting up due to extreme heat that day. We had to move to a lower floor, but couldn't really fault the staff for this. All the staff we encountered especially Duty Manager Mosh and FO Angelika were very helpful. They knew exactly how to assist us and were excellent at customer service. The queen bed was also one of the comfiest we've ever slept in. Savoy Manila turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. Seems unassuming, but it certainly over-delivered especially when it came to its best assets-- its people."
