"Badlaz has up market rooms and air conditioned small rooms. If wife is with me we get up market if as now I get small/inexpensive room. Swimming pool is very good, diving is excellent. Staff and owners are great. 24 hour bar 40 mtrs from sandy beach. Always stay here"

"Welcomed warmly by Mhary and wish everyone else in that resort is like her. Definitely NOT the front desk lady I saw on my second day (on Monday, PH time) there (when Mhary was on her day off). Cleaning staff are both nice and really very good at their job. I did not try diving with this resort but I snorkeled on my own and it was very good. I did visit the other twin resort and it was a delight. All in all, very good value and a good experience."

"The property itself is beautiful! The dive centre and the spa were the absolute highlights. The staff at the dive centre were very attentive, accommodating and the facilities were fantastic. One of the best dive centres I’ve had the pleasure to dive with. The Spa was also great, although on the pricier side, the treatments were fantastic and the facilities were great. The room was well sized and the bed was great! We really enjoyed the outdoor shower. The reason for four stars was the resort...

"Aircon did not work. the rooms are quite warm. place is run down. Bathroom drains floods when use. resort owner is unfriendly. very sad for a resort that is in good location. poorly run and maintained."

"We've been here before so we already knew that the rooms are worn, that there's no WiFi in the room (and in the public areas where there is - it's poor), that the grounds need more attention, and that the public restrooms near the sports desk are disgusting. The boats are also awful, with uncomfortable plastic benches. We returned anyway because the view is spectacular, the pools are fantastic, and the food at the restaurant is OK and reasonably-priced. Having no other such island resort option...
