"The property itself is beautiful and in a great location, but there were some significant downsides to my stay. First, the room was a disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos advertised, it was very basic and lacked the charm or luxury I was expecting based on the images. Additionally, the design of the hotel is not practical for travelers with luggage. There are stairs in the hallway, which made carrying my suitcase incredibly inconvenient. The cook should keep an eye on the breakfast provision more regularly - some things ran out and were not replaced 2. TV service should be upgraded to offer more international channels and information about the hotel and Andenes"
