Room was as advertised and exactly what we needed in a central location. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, I came down and asked for 2 more pillows which was no problem. Only issue to be aware of is parking, which is no fault of the hotel however it is incredibly expensive to park in the multi-story across the road. We paid 570NOK for 20 hours.

Room was clean and big enough. However not having fresh towels each day and having to use the same one to "Save energy and be eco friendly" isn't great. I don't think it's good value for money since your room is never cleared, bins never emptied, toilet roll never replenished and no new towels

My room (room 321) was small, but it only $85 including taxes. Great location very close to the train station and Karl Jordan Gate. Short walk to Munch museum and Opera House, which you should climb for a nice view of the harbor.
