"Very impressed. Older style location loved the decor. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a junior suite very spacious, clean and comfortable. Meal in restaurant, enjoyed the baked salmon and dessert warm apple cake. Great location just near the train terminus and walking distance to shopping."

"A nice hotel very convenient for all Oslo has to offer. Close to train station and other transport options. Breakfast was very busy at the weekends and queues were a result. The food could have been much hotter. I would not expect to pay extra to access the pool in a five star hotel. Room service was very quick and the food tasty."

"Pity there are no tea and coffee facilities in the room; otherwise it is a good place to stay as a transit hotel. Would not stay here if spending longer than one night as there are no facilities for dining in for breakfast or dinner. "

"The room was comfortable and clean, but the view from the balcony was absolutely priceless! Unfortunately, we grocery shopped counting on the refrigerator to work, but it was broken. The coffee maker was also broken. Still, a lovely place and the breakfast was fantastic!"
