"Certainly not the Four Seasons by any stretch. That said, it definitely came as advertised. It was clean, a good bed and a decent TV. My only issue was that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest. Other than that, a great location in the Bigg Market. I’d stay there again."

"The staff in hotel went above and beyond they were so helpful and pleasant breakfast was good too. The only downside was the cleaning off the room we had to go down to reception to organise clean towels there was dust in parts of room so they are not being cleaned properly yet the corridors had staff with trolleys all day so no excuse for no room cleaning but the hotel staff made up for that they always had a smile for you "

"Carpark not far from the hotel, hotel will stamp the ticket to get reduced price for you. Bit of a wait to book in, but as it was a busy time, to be expected. Hotel clean, staff welcoming. Room with a view of the town and football stadium. Could hear music from across the road, close the window and it is much quieter. Bed was comfortable, shower excellent and room clean. No complaints whats so ever. Would stay again"

Had an issue with the TV not working on our last stay, apparently this is an issue across the hotel so would not recommend if a TV is a must for you. The only one issue I always have with village hotels is that their food menu consists of around 95% of their foods containing egg.
