We stayed in a family room, really clean and spacious. Staff are super friendly and breakfast was fab. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the shops/bars in Seahouses and we would definitely stay again.

Checking in wasn’t the best experience. We arrived slightly earlier and advised room wasn’t ready and advised to sit in the bar and lounge and we would be notified when room available. Check in was 3.00pm. By 3.30pm we started to feel a bit frustrated as we had travelled some good hours and we wanted to get changed to make our journey to Holy Island before the causeway flood. We had made a booking there. It turns out we had more or less been forgotten for the check in and it was only when we approached reception that we got this sorted. It just didn’t feel very welcoming and we didn’t feel valued as a guest. Also when we went to bed all we could hear up to midnight was a noise that sounded like a laundry dryer working which kept us both awake!

Brilliant hotel, very clean, first class dining (highly recomend restaurant to everyone even if you are not staying at the hotel), friendly staff. We admired sea views from lounge and dining room. Short walk to the harbour. Loved our stay, will be booking again soon.

The hotel is in a very nice spot very convenient for Seahoues centre. The surrounding area is very picturesque. It was very clean the food was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only slight grumble i thought the evening meals were a bit pricey. I really enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again if i visit Northumberland again. So many nice places and castles to visit.

We booked a two night stay here and were made up. From the moment we arrived until we left all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of choice for breakfast and the full Northumbrian was excellent. The evening meals were also excellent. We will be defiantly staying here on our next visit to the area. The name is on the tin. The property has a beautiful view of the Northumberland coast, with walking trails directly out the front door onto the beach or through the dunes. The staff were amazing and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed.

We booked a last minute family room, was a very large main bedroom with 2 single beds in sunroom, also included a small patio and back access to car park. Dinner at night was wonderful and accommodated my unusual diet and allergies. Breakfast was ok when we got it had to ask several times for a glass of water and gf bread/toast. Reception and night restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and helpful, would have stayed another night but no vacancies.
