"We had 2 nights here to celebrate our birthdays. Such a lovely place to stay. We were in an Isolation suite, so it was quiet, away from the main accommodation area. There was visitors’ lounge opposite which had great views of harbour. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Walk down to wharf cafe, Quarantine Beach and Boilerhouse restaurant (or you can call for 24-hour shuttle service). Very interesting to learn about the history of the place and have the opportunity to wander around by yourself. "

"Lovely old world charm in the Blue Mountains. Always like to begin with the positives. Decent size rooms with high ceilings and clean throughout. Location is an easy 5 minute walk from the railway station and the local bus stops in front of the hotel. The lounge and bar areas ooze charm and a continental breakfast is included. Many rooms are not air-conditioned and the window opens about 200mm. No ceiling fans so some people will be challenged with the summer heat.Some of the staff would...
