"The property was in a great location and the service by staff in all areas was fantastic. The only negative comment I have was the distance to walk to the room. I didn't think to check how far it would be as we knew the hotel has a lift, but might be worth mentioning when taking bookings as my husband can walk but not long distances at times, due to ilness. "

"The hotel location was very convenient for us and the menu lunch and dinner very enjoyable. Room was quiet and quite spacious. The serious downside was the lack of a mini fridge and kettle IN OUR EN SUITE ROOM. With the shared fridge and kettle it was somewhere between a ‘Pub room ‘ and a completely comfortable , nicely carpeted 2.5 * hotel room . A good experience somewhat spoiled by penny pinching!"

"Great to stay somewhere where there is a good selection of independent craft beers at the venue. The pillows were too high. That's the worst criticism I can come up with, which indicates that it is a good place to stay."
