"Bancuang Mansion was beautifully decorated. The staff were all very attentive and polite. They were accommodating to all our requests and even brought us towels at the pool without us asking. The food in the restaurant was delicious and fresh. We had breakfast there every morning and a couple of lunch and dinners. There were other restaurants near by as well and the main town is walking distance (just down the street)."

"The front desk/concierge is excellent with arranging tours and shuttle service. They try their best to accommodate any request and finds solution for whatever problem you may have. They aim to please and a source for tips and local information. Everything is walkable from this location. I can find cheaper alternatives but you get what you pay for. No disappointment here so why risk your vacation. "

"The rooms were comfortable, very clean, and spacious. We so enjoyed their breakfast buffet that we had it all 3 days of our stay. The staff were attentive, respectful, helpful and friendly. The pools were clean and well maintained. "
