"We had a wonderful experience staying at Mansion Buenavista. The location was perfect - close to shops and the island hopping tours. The owner, Noud, and staff were amazing and very hospitable. They were very attentive to all our needs, providing assistance in booking tours, transportation, local spa services, and so forth. Made to order breakfast were included and other dining options for lunch and dinner. The facility is very well-maintained. Special shoutout to Mimi - above and beyond service. "The hotel is in a perfect enclave of a cove surrounded by mountains and jungle, with beautiful flowers and even some monkeys on the trees. The reef by the hotel is rich in life and just a swim away. The hotel is conveniently located close to the big laggon and small lagoon, which are breathtaking landscapes. The staff is amazing, all very friendly and ready to help. The rooms are somewhat small but in such a beautiful setting that it feels great. Meals and tours to the lagoons are included which justifies the price. "

"The views were incredible the staff was outstanding especially Ulli who has the smile of an angel. The rooms were priced very reasonable. The room I had was without a view on the lower level and could use a little updating but it was only used for sleeping so no big deal. The owner is very protective of his guest, by this I mean I had a pickup scheduled and somehow or another there was a delay. The owner drove down to the pickup location on his motorbike and made sure I was taken care of. That was service over and above. "
