"Nice one bedroom suite, but the freeway-facing bedrooms should be fitted with triple-paned windows for reduced freeway noise. Noise and cold air also came from the bottom of the door. The heating in the bedroom was excellent, but the heater in the living-dining area kept blowing out cold air. The taps did not provide hot water, and the one in the kitchen never got hot or even very warm The kitchen faucet also leaked. I was also disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance. "We had a fabulous stay! The front desk staff were so friendly and incredibly kind to our little Boston Terrier — giving her toys, treats, and TLC. Our room had a terrace that looked out onto a peaceful body of water, like we were a world away from the bustle of things. High ceilings, a comfy bed, and a stylish bathroom were some of the highlights we enjoyed in our room. Not to mention an abundant continental breakfast each morning. We would love to stay here again!"
