"The listing claims 5 bedrooms and 7 beds. THIS IS A LIE! The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Host was argumentative and unwilling to make things right by me and my team some of which had to sleep on couches. Host texted morning of check out and told us to leave by 10am when the listing says 11am. The house is old and outdated. Worst experience EVER!!!Do not rent from this liar. "

"Such a lovely place to stay. The doors along each room that flank the front with the beautiful view of the bay are heaven. I loved waking up with the sunrise over the bay. The bathtub was a giant gem. It’s one very small downside was that there isn’t a place inside to sit at a table and eat or work. Otherwise, it was great."

"Great place to spend weekend or more and relax. Property is in excellent condition, very friendly owners. Beautiful spiritual garden. It is dog friendly and it was a huge plus for us since we came with 120 lb German Shepherd... Kitchen had everything we needed. It is walking distance from beautiful empty beach and 1.5 Miles to downtown Bolinas. Highly recommended."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property perched on a hillside above Dillon Beach. The house is 360 views you can watch the sunrise and sunset from this location. The mountain has deer, hawks, bunnies. The house had all the amenities you'd need for a dinner. The house is perched on a hill so you will get a workout in and need to be in good shape. The house has about 90 steps up so it's a bit of a haul for luggage and groceries but I thought worth it because of the view. "

"Ewa was responsive and so generous! I really appreciated the fresh farmed eggs, locally sourced half-&-half, and stick of butter. Definitely didn’t expect these perks but I loved not having to worry about going out for breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom had running water with a flushing toilet. The only con is the shower ran out of hot water midway when I still had shampoo and soap on me. Unfortunately, I had to rinse with ice cold water! Besides that, I enjoyed my stay and would love...
