"Amazingly beautiful neighborhood! The rental was perfect and provided the means for a much needed peaceful weekend. The hot tub with the view of the canyon and stars at night was great and we loved falling asleep to a crackling fire in the fireplace. Jena was super nice and responsive as well. Thank you!"

"Had a great time. Heating was effective, The chickens and fresh eggs were fantastic! We were a little surprised by how petite the apartment was but as we were traveling with our dog, this place seemed to be the cheapest dog-friendly rental available, and over all we had a great time! Hosts were incredably friendky as well! "

"Overall I would recommend this place.Highlights included the location and hot tub, while the proximity to the owner was unexpected.The place is very close to several hiking areas, parks etc so for a little vacation with my dog it was perfect. It was also a quick drive to some restaurants and coffee shops so overall, prime location for what I was looking for. I thought the hot tub and massage chair were great as well.The apartment was fairly clean except the bathroom sink and some of the dishes...

"The apartment was a perfect size for us. The beds were very comfortable and the garden/views were beautiful. It's right off the 101, so easy to access. Walkablity is 5/10, but very easy drive to coffee and restaurants. "

"Great spot to access the very lovely town of Mill Valley and its surrounds. It was a little hard to locate the entrance, but eventually discovered it. Especially loved the little kitchenette area in the unit. Shower is super small, sunlight is a bit blocked by the fence and bushes outside the window, but it really worked for the long weekend we were there and using it as a base camp for our activities. "Fantastic spot to stay and recharge! The view from the deck is amazing and the studio is well outfitted for a comfortable stay. It is car dependent but parking is easy. Host was friendly and accommodating while offering total privacy. Highly recommend."

"The Hi House was completely satisfying in every regard. You're surrounded by an immersive experience of old-growth trees and gentle hills. Animals and nature are yours to view, including distant water vistas. Great location for us to discover all the trails in Inverness and Tomales Bay. Would recommend it to anyone who also loves Mid-Century architecture."

"The boat and accommodations were comfortable & lovely inside. We were in unit A which is the one in the back with a side deck. The bed is beyond comfortable. Not much space for suitcases as we were traveling across the country for a week but it all worked out. For us it rained the whole time. Poured and the wind…but the boat house was solid. The area is interesting. The house is located behind some industrial buildings. The parking is all based on the tides. We did not have any problems....

"This is a lovely studio on Tomales Bay. I happened to pick the wrong weekend to go as there was a king tide and major rain storm. Took away the dock and did some other damage. BUT, the place is lovely and exactly as in the listing and the owners and manager were very gracious and refunded the trip since was no power or water most of the time. So highly recommended and this was like a every 30 year event not the usual so do not be dissuaded by my weekend :) Otherwise Tamales bay is beautiful...

"Gary’s place was true to the photos and description. We were welcomed with a note and flowers and frig essentials to get us started. The kitchen was well appointed and the entire place welcoming. The location is awesome with so much in walking distance. "

"Did we enjoy our stay? Abosutely. It was affordable, convenient and unique. Grounds, outside and patios do need some renovation. But it isn’t a “destination resort” if you want to make that to be the focus of your time. We didn’t. Too much to see and do nearby if you don’t mind driving. Would we visit again?
