"My husband and I stayed here just for one night to have a little getaway. Downtown San Rafael is so cute and there are lots of bars, restaurants, shops and things to do. We got here early before check in and was happy when we found out that a room was available. Everyone was so nice, from the reception to the bartender to the cleaning staff. Our room was clean, organized well and cozy. There is an outside hang out area with Apple fire places and a lovely atmosphere. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by how nice our stay was. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was huge and really clean! It was easy to get to and parking was convenient. We had a problem opening the safe in the room at 10 pm, and within 5 minutes someone came up and opened it for us. What service! I will stay there for all of my Bay Area trips in the future. "
