"Had a wonderful stay at G Hotel Gurney. Reception staff were very friendly, rooms were spotless and bed was luxurious. There were many little touches that were very well thought through. Rooms were tidied twice a day. We loved the convenience of being close to malls and eateries. "

"The entire staff at Shangri-La Rasa were fantastic and very accommodating! It's because of their warm hospitality, we enjoyed Penang as much as we did. Special shout out to Duty Manager Dave who helped us with our request. Definitely recommend staying here!!"

"The staff are so genuinely friendly and helpful. The resort is arranged so you don’t have to leave to get food or go to the beach as you have direct beach access, though I did get out to do some exploration. "

"The only attraction is the pool but too many kids playing in the pool during weekends making it impossible to swim laps. Also too many people in the cafeteria during breakfast and services [food refill] are slow."
