"Hotel was okay apart from the latch on the bedroom door being faulty. A little distressed about it as it was the day I checked in. I locked the door ready to settle down for the evening, but remembered that I had left something in my car. As I tried to exit the room the latch was stuck and had to phone reception who sent someone to break me out. The saving grace is that I needed to leave the room and that it did not happen during a fire! They did move me to another room unfortuantely it felt...

"Small car park big enough for 2 cars there's a back road you can park on. But there was a confusion on the room booked but got there in the end. Room up a flight of stairs All information is given when in the room. Room of good size has a sloping roof as an attic room. Bathroom is a good size The bed was comfy enough, the only thing was the duvet wasn't long enough so my feet stuck out. I'm only 5'11! Shower was very hot, took some twisting to get any cold though. "Kettle didn’t,t work and no t.v remote so as I was going out I mentioned it to the receptionist who asked if it was o.k. To enter room and rectify the 2 problems and was never done!"
