"Susan our host was warm and welcoming, the property was beautiful and our room was really nice. The breakfast was gorgeous! We come to Ibstock to visit our friends for their Christmas party every year and this was the first time we'd chosen to find somewhere else to stay. "Small car park big enough for 2 cars there's a back road you can park on. But there was a confusion on the room booked but got there in the end. Room up a flight of stairs All information is given when in the room. Room of good size has a sloping roof as an attic room. Bathroom is a good size The bed was comfy enough, the only thing was the duvet wasn't long enough so my feet stuck out. I'm only 5'11! Shower was very hot, took some twisting to get any cold though.
