Easy to find and accessible. Plentiful car parking. The room was mostly well maintained though shower controls a little stiff. Would pre book dinner in future if staying at a weekend to ensure had a table

Busy day sightseeing in Leicester before heading to our accommodation, good location not far from M1, plenty of parking, book in was quick and easy. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We attended the on site restaurant, food was good and reasonably price, service was slow. We also had breakfast which was good quality.

Ok for a local easy stay
The hotel is in an easy to access location which was great. I personally found the room far too warm and the TV wasn’t working properly, you could only watch limited channels otherwise it would turn off the channel after 1min

Staffordshire all v friendly. As a single lady I felt v safe and secure. Only niggle was the shower over the bath which was v fierce and not easily controlled. Would go back to stay again as I have family close by that I visit.

Some good points and some not so good
We enjoyed our stay at Fieldhead, spacious room, nice dining areas inside and out. Good choice of food at a reasonable price. The location suited us, close to M1 junction 22, but maybe a bit remote for some. Top marks for Reya on reception, one of the most welcoming and informative check-ins we’ve had. A couple of negatives; no air-con in the room, no toiletries for bath/shower, breakfast was poor, very limited choice for the continental, we went elsewhere for the rest of our stay. Overall, we weren’t disappointed with our stay and thanks again Reya.
