"The hotel staffs are very professional, customer friendly, and courteous. The security guard inspected the trunk of our car, which is an excellent service because that shows how much the hotel management cares about the safety and security of the staffs, guests, and their facility. We hope that the hotel management would get the sauna fix. It has been years since it nonfunctional for the guests to use."
