"This was by far the best resort we have ever stayed at near Cancun. The staff was attentive and quick with every request. There were various activities for kids/teens to keep busy. The only thing I would change is to have more inclusive activities, while there were lots of adults only activities and kids/teen activities there were not many activities to do together as a family. For example, the pool volleyball was adults only, and when our nearly 16 year old son wanted to join he couldn't. Which is fine, but we never got the option to play pool volleyball on the family pool side. It seems like the fun activities were reserved for adults only. Other than that, the resort was absolutely amazing, and we would definitely stay there again."

"The resort had tons of activities such as Mariachi, live music, and dances. I enjoyed their friendly and helpful staff. The food was amazing and such beautiful views. A huge shoutout to the bartenders there especially Ivan, Daniel Lopez, Moises, and Andy. They're always attentive, friendly, funny, and helpful you will have a blast with them. I will for sure be coming back."
