"The property was beautiful from all of the greenery surrounding the resort, to the pools and beaches, and each of the hotel rooms. While I was an overall pretty disappointed in the food, there were several different restaurants around the resort with varying food styles. The staff and room service was excellent. In terms of the night life, we went to the Gravity Bar. When they had live music playing it was great, however, when there wasn’t a band playing they didn’t have big or loud enough...

"The property was beautiful. I liked that we were able to enjoy the resort and beach with staff being very attentive. The room and views were amazing as well. I didn’t like the food service that was provided for lunch and dinner. All of the options were not appetizing. The breakfast was good and food at the restaurants were not bad either. "

"Very clean property, a lot of activities for kids and the kids activity areas were exceptional. Staff was very friendly. Pool was very nice. There was an issue with the room thermostat, but they fixed it right away. The food could have been better but overall it was great. "

"The property is beautiful. It is isolated though. It’s 30 minutes from hotel zone. You will walk a lot the resort is in 3 buildings. If you go stay in buildings2 it’s the closest to pool and the beach. Most restaurants are in building 2 and building 1. Food was good in restaurants. You do need to make reservations. We went to the app at 7 am to get reservations for the evening. I would recommend booking steak house or the seafood restaurant in building 2 every night and forget everything...
