"The service was exceptional. The staff are so polite, kind and thoughtful and treat you as if you are the most important person. The restaurants and the food are amazing. The plants, flowers, palm trees are beautiful. The pools and the ocean side are wonderful. You will feel you are in paradise. I would recommend a terrace room with the plunge pool, and recommend a Saturday stay for the silent party, and the fiesta on Thursday night. For restaurants I enjoyed the Oregano and Los Olas and really enjoyed The Prelude bar and Martini bar. We will be back for sure!"

"We absolutely loved our vacation at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres. We have stayed at numerous Excellence adults-only all inclusives before and were excited to try this new resort. The staff, service, rooms, grounds, restaurants, and bars have been incredible. A special thank you to Ricardo, food and beverage manager as he is absolutely outstanding. He really took the time to ask about our experience and made arrangements for my birthday to be memorable. Thank you, Ricardo, for going above and beyond and checking in with us every day. "You can’t go wrong… My teenage daughter and I went from Christmas’s Day to New Year’s Day. The resort was impeccable. Although we were there 7 nights, we only spent two days at the resort’s pools and beach. The other days, we went to Isla Mejeres (sp?) on the ferry that’s next to the hotel, Xel Ha (amazing!) , Horseback/ATV/Zipline/Cenote, downtown Cancun, and snorkeling. Felt very safe off property even took local bus downtown for $1 instead of $80 cab ride each way. So, unless you want to walk to the clubs, book it. "
