"First of all. It has bathroom doors that actually swing on a hinge and shut. I know a bunch of you are trying to figure that out so I'll get that out of the way first. Beyond that, it's one of the nicer hotels you'll stay at in the Midwest. Not from a pure luxury standpoint, but from a complete package situation. Attention to detail. "We usually come to Indy twice a year for volleyball tournaments and always stay here! Beds are comfortable and hotel staff is amazing! "

"I didn't like that there was no security. Outside. I witnessed a lady sitting on the bench outside urinate on herself and she got up and came inside and went in the casino with soiled clothing on. A guy was also sleep at the entrance."

"Great location for our purpose. Pool was not open but they did offer use of a nearby pool. That didn’t work for us, but was nice of them. Renovations were happening on nearly every floor and elevators sometimes took awhile to get. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Biggest complaint is that almost everyone staying there was attending the same event that we were, but despite that fact they did not adjust their breakfast or bar hours of operation to make it available to most of us.
