The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and the service is outstanding. As honeymooners, that amount of kids was a little off-putting, however, the adults-only pool was a life saver."

"Pools were awesome, and the lagoon was really fun. Loved the ability to rent stand up paddle boards and other equipment to try at the lagoon. Loved swimming with the dolphins! Also loved the many towel dispensing machines. The food choices on site were limited, of poor quality, and VERY expensive. The tram was really slow and the boats were not running when we were there this time. The elevators were dirty inside, mostly food debris. The room was never cleaned even though we made 2 requests. "
