"Difficult to access hotel on arrival as so many taxis so ended up not getting into hotel carpark and then paying extra for parking! Some staff not as friendly or professional as I would expect from any hotel."

"The location was good..the carpet had stains on it..our shower was not working properly but maintenence came and fixed it right away. Kittenette amenities were minimal but servicable. Elevators were quick."
