"Great property, good looking grounds, the staff were friendly and hard working. It's a shame i was there during this Covid outbreak and so the hotel and city were empty. My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced."

"The location is ideal. The hotel is well run with friendly competent staff. The breakfast was good with eggs/omelettes made to order from a friendly chef. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and a large TV with Netflix."

"They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience "

"I traveled with the family for vacations and we decided to go to Granada before going to the beach. The hotel is nice, room js cozy, staff is lovely, but I saw the kitchen and it was not a nice view...."

"Wonderful hotel in the center of historic district. Staff were very kind and accommodating, Daniella at the front desk was lovely. "

"We had a nice stay overall. The staff was friendly, and the food was good. There wasn't any hot water, but that was only an issue with showering. But not having hot water was pretty common throughout Nicaragua."
