The Hotel is not 5 stars, but for the price is excellent. Ooh, the staff very friendly, helpful, respectful. The bed and A/C very nice, and the buffet really nice and the staff very helpful. Thanks Juan for helping us to have a very nice breakfast.

Security, front desk, housekeeping, laundry service, breakfast crew: all commendable. The hotel meets the needs in a simple, classic way. Weekends are booked with family parties, which is to be expected in LATAM. Disappointed in bartender gringo-pricing drinks. Everything else was food.
