The Hotel is not 5 stars, but for the price is excellent. Ooh, the staff very friendly, helpful, respectful. The bed and A/C very nice, and the buffet really nice and the staff very helpful. Thanks Juan for helping us to have a very nice breakfast.

i went to eat at the restaurant , they didnot have a full menu i request order a meal from outside the hotel and the didnot let me have my meal i lost my order i have to go outside to find a new meal the restaurant people were never friendly always on there personal phone and didnot put attrntion to the costumers and guest service didnot care about my problem of meal i drove for hours i only want a meal that i didnot have to drive around was unhappy for these att yader reyes

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. For me the main thing was to feel safe and we did. The first night I was warmly welcome by Mrs. Ismary she was very nice and helpful. Mrs. Norma was also welcoming and ready to resolve and help whenever I needed help. There are areas that need improvements for example towels and bedsheets most of them are very old and they look brownish, However, knowing this I will bring my own towels and my own shampoo, soap, etc. The price is very reasonable. the place is a nice place it is not a luxury place. I did couple of checked in and checked out, and in one of those checked out, we forgot our passports, they were very professional, they send us a message reassuring us our passports were safe and they kept them until our return. I appreciated this gesture. In general the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you El Mozonte. Good value for the price

el citio y amenidades tal cual estan bien. lo inconveniente es q la atencion es algo indeseable tantos meseros y ningunos atiendan a uno. la cajera esta lenta con un huesped y cuidado si tiene fila. deberian cambiar musica y mantener musica alegre porq la piscina si esta buena

I like the security staff on the street and the extra space they have in from but one night I came very late and they lock the gate and the security was sleep and I have to stay out the hotel until 5 am that was Thursday 5 of December also I asked two times for towels the lady at from did not help and they are very rude with the customer service and the eating tables not always clean breakfast area has flys no quiet good
