"My experience with this hotel was awful from the beginning. I had booked three rooms for the night. Upon arrival they informed me that I had booked my rooms through Expedia and Expedia never sent them the reservation so they didn’t have our rooms. They wanted to offer me two rooms to accommodate all 5 adults. After going back and forth and showing them the confirmation Expedia sent me back in August when I booked this hotel (our stay was in November) they ended up giving us three rooms. The...

"We arrived in Managua late evening and Casa Lucia had a driver waiting for us.Claudio greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel at home. Claudio and his mother were very accommodating. The breakfast menu had a nice variety and the coffee was excellent. Location was great, bars & restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely recommend and stay there again."
