"A room with a balcony (sea view) was outstanding. Staff is really nice and helpful. Swimming pool was closed for renovation but to compensate they allowed free access to indoor heated pool. "

"First of all, we were supposed to stay at the Riad , once we got there, we were told that the room we reserved they are doing construction on it , we were given an apartment outside of the Riad in a scary neighborhood, the apartment sheets , blankets and pillows so stinky! When we ask the lady that we don’t want to stay here , she simply responds with you can cancel if you want, on the top of that , they asked us to pay fee that it’s called a property taxes cash , which it’s already paid in the beginning that I have it in the confirmation invoice! They are scammers, not honest, they zero customer service ( not recommended at all ) "
