"Our 2nd stay at the kenzi club for some pre Christmas sun. Exceptional value for money. The hotel & grounds are beautiful & kept so clean & tidy. We had a suite & it was amazing. Can not fault any member of staff. They are so friendly and can’t do enough to help. Many of whom remembered us from last year. Would like to especially thank younes, yousef (waiter outdoors lunchtime ), yousef (waiter indoors dinner ) and Mohammed ( waiter in the bar on a night time ) They are a credit to the hotel...

"Our stay at the Savoy Le Grand was terrific. The hotel is modern and clean, and our spacious and well-appointed room (King Room Prestige). It is a short taxi ride from the airport, and most attractions are within 30-40 minutes walking distance. There are some nice restaurants and cafes around the hotel, which is also attached to a shopping mall"

"This property was a little tired, particularly the bedroom. The shower was mouldy and needed resealing. The bathroom floor was not mopped all the time we were there. There was a disco in the hotel opposite our room which was loud. There was very little to do in the hotel in the evening. However, the food standard was excellent, but did become a little repetitive. "A very peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. There is a shuttle bus that takes us to and from the centre without extra charge which is very convenient. We enjoyed the aqua park, indoor jacuzzi & pool in addition to the spa facilities. lunch and dinner was delicious and varied. They had some tasty offerings. Breakfast was also great. Overall our experience was very positive and we left feeling invigorated. I highly recommend and would certainly stay again. Thalib...

"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."
