"Overall the stay is very good. The hotel environment + design is very unique and unusual. Special mentioned the front desk Ms Anita and restaurant Melati Ms Ratina for their friendly and extreme good service rendered to us during the stay. "

"Really nice hotel. Rooms are good. Staff were all really super friendly and helpful. My only negative point was the prices in the hotel coffee shop. A beer was probably 3 times the cost of a bar outside so it felt like you were being ripped off to support the hotel and its staff."

"Hotel was ok overall, except for minor faults in the cleanliness and the facility (bathroom). However, the problem was the loud music from outside. Perhaps, there is a club of some sort. The music was blaring all night, which made it very difficult to have a sound sleep. I strongly think the hotel management should manage this problem for the potential hotel guests. "
