"Lovely stay at Ramside. First time we have been here and we will be back. Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Room was nice, only issue was that it smelt a bit damp when we walked in but opened patio doors and aired it and was ok afterwards. Lovely clean rooms. Beds not the most comfortable. Pillows were lumpy and a double/king size bed would be better than 2 beds put together, kept falling down the middle. Next time may look to upgrade to a premier room. "Room had an adjoining room door that wasnot sound proofed. So second night was not good and woken at 615am by very noisy neighbour. Door needs to be sound proof. As this is sold as their superior room.Damed poor show. We did get discounted pool use."

"Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I hadn't realised it was motel style but with a dog having your car outside the door was pretty helpful! Breakfast was good and the dog got a sausage too 😄"
