"I booked this hotel to use the spa but all the amenities were closed and they didn’t even mention it on the website, they still advertise the photos of the spa. There is no wifi anywhere in the resort. The location was great tho with the mountain view."

"If you can’t do the Belmond in Valle Segrado, this is the next best choice. Albiet an older property, the grounds are lovely and to our great delight an alpaca on site. Our only disappointment was the concierge’s service, as this trip to MP was all new for us and we found out later there is more to see around Valle Segrado which was strangely never mentioned/suggested. In fact, the concierge couldn’t think of one idea for us to do. Consequently I made dinner reservations at the Belmond, which...

"Wonderful Stay at Novotel Cusco! Our stay at Hotel Novotel Cusco was fantastic! The location is perfect – right in the heart of the historic center, close to the main square, charming shops, and top restaurants. It was so convenient to explore all that Cusco has to offer. The property itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a mix of modern comfort and historical charm. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the incredible staff. They were caring, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. For anyone visiting Cusco, I highly recommend Novotel – a great location, immaculate property, and a team that truly cares about your experience!"
